Bathroom Tile
Client problem: The color was burnt orange. The 1/2
bath is on the main floor of the house the client just purchased. They
knew the bathroom was one reason they almost didn't buy the house and
when it came time to sell, they didn't want to compromise on price because
of this bathroom. Replacement of the tile was estimated at $2,400.
Solution: The client decided on the colors she wanted
and we made several repairs to the original tile. In one day they had
a 2 tone bathroom that matched their new design plan for the house and
at less than 1/3 the cost of replacement.
